Description

Lanier Parking Solutions is a rapidly growing parking and transportation management firm in South Florida with locations throughout the US. We are looking for a bilingual Manager for our operations in Miami. This position is responsible for day-to-day operations, including supervision of staff, customer service, preserving maintenance and appearance standards, loss control, payroll and financial budgeting/reporting.

We require an Associate’s degree, but prefer a four-year Bachelor’s degree. In addition, qualified applicants should possess the following skill set/capabilities:

• Minimum three years supervisory or management experience; prior management experience in parking, facility, or property management a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with bookkeeping
• Cash reconciliation
• Management of front-line employees
• Computer literate; especially MS Office
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be willing to adapt to a flexible work schedule; including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Candidates must be able to pass a background check
